Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund and Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from animani.in. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products Only
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery. An uncut/unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any refund or replacement request. Requests without video proof will not be accepted.
Please also retain your receipt or proof of purchase. Once the damage is verified, we will provide a full refund or replacement based on the product value

Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order, please notify us within 4 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or offer a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds:

Used Products: Products that have been used or altered from their original condition.

Not satisfied with the product: We understand that preferences may vary, but please note that our products are fashion items and we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction due to personal preference.
We kindly request customers to read the product details and descriptions thoroughly before placing an order to avoid any misunderstandings.
Please be aware that product images on our website may show slight color variations due to lighting and photography conditions. While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, such variations are unavoidable.

Custom Orders: Any products that have been customised or personalised cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Sale Orders: If an order placed during a sale is damaged and needs refund, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.

3. Refund/Return Process 

To initiate a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Service: Email us at animanicollections@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Verification: We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund or Replacement: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. If a replacement is requested, we will ship it to you promptly.

4. Shipping Costs

Please note shipping costs for returning items or refunds are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return or refund is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged or defective product).

5. Exchange/Replacement Timeframe

We only accept exchange or replace of the products if it is damaged or order mismatch (not size/color mismatch). If approved, your exchange/replacement will be processed and delivered within 7-10 working days once we receive the reverse order from customer, we will ship it to you promptly. We will assign the reverse pickup in this case.

Exchange of size mismatch procedure:
1. Pack the received items properly
2. Ship it to our address
3. Choose the items equal to your existing bill amount
4. Pay for the Shipping fee

Note:
Animani is not responsible if the returning product is damaged while In Transit.
Animani will ship the new items only if we received the return items and shipping fee.
